50 green grid membranes with diameter of 50 mm and porosity of 0.45 μm


Incubation
Lactic acid bacteria: 2 to 5 days at 30°C anaerobic conditions
Acetic bacteria: 2 to 5 days at 30°C aerobic conditions


Growth
The growth of yeast and mold is inhibited by actidione (cycloheximide).
